About DEI Bootcamp: The GOA Project

Is this a conference?

The Goa Project is designed as an immersive learning experience rather than a conventional conference or lecture series. Expect fewer presentations and more masterclasses, conversations, experiential activities, reflection, cases, challenges and practical application. The idea is simple: don't just learn about inclusion. Experience what it takes to create it.

Who should attend DEI Bootcamp?

The Bootcamp is designed for people who influence culture, talent and business decisions, including

  • Corporate leaders and senior managers

  • HR, DEI and L&D professionals

  • People managers and team leaders

  • DEI champions and ERG leaders

  • Board members and senior decision-makers

  • DEI practitioners and consultants

  • Leaders responsible for culture, talent, employee experience or organisational transformation

You don't need to be a DEI specialist to attend. Curiosity, openness and a willingness to examine your own assumptions are more important.

Who are the facilitators?

The Bootcamp is led by experienced practitioners and subject-matter experts from leadership development, DEI, organisational culture, talent, PoSH, coaching and business.

The faculty includes Charusmitha Rao, Subramanian (Subbu) Kalapathi, Adv. Sneha Kala, Vikram Rao, Sangeetha Xavier, Vieshakha Dutta, Shrivallabh K and more...

Meet the Facilitators

What makes The GOA Project different from a regular DEI programme?

The Bootcamp deliberately takes participants away from their everyday workplace environment and creates space for deeper reflection, candid conversations and new perspectives.

The formal learning programme is complemented by sundown dialogues and shared experiences, allowing conversations to continue beyond the classroom.

What are the Sundown Dialogues?

Sundown Dialogues are facilitated, informal conversations that take place after the day's formal learning.

They are designed to create space for honest, unscripted conversations, peer learning, reflection and connection—often around questions that don't get enough room in conventional corporate settings.

Registration

Does the registration fee include meals?

Yes, the registration fee includes meals for the day. It does not include dinner and alcohol

Is accommodation included in the registration fee?

Accommodation is not included in the standard Bootcamp registration fee. Participants may make their own accommodation arrangements, and recommended stay options will be shared with registered participants. However, we can facilitate accommodation as per your needs at an extra cost.

Can my organisation nominate multiple participants?

Yes. The Bootcamp is particularly valuable when organisations send a cross-functional group of leaders, HR professionals, people managers and DEI champions. This allows participants to return with a shared language, common understanding and collective commitment to action. Corporate registrations and group packages are available.

Can companies register their entire leadership or HR team?

Yes. Organisations can explore group participation for leadership teams, HR/DEI teams, people managers, ERGs or cross-functional cohorts. For corporate/group registrations, contact: registration@deibootcamp.in

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who attend the Bootcamp on all three days will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Is there a virtual or online participation option?

No. The Goa Project is designed primarily as an in-person immersive experience. The learning philosophy depends significantly on physical presence, experiential activities, peer interaction and the informal conversations that happen outside the formal sessions.

What happens if I need to cancel my registration?

Cancellation, once registered is not allowed. However, you can transfer your registration to another colleague

Can I transfer my registration to another colleague?
